These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Renew Relationships’ educational offerings and consulting business ("Business"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Introduction

Renew Relationships provides educational and training courses, seminars and digital content. These Terms apply to all users engaging with our services, whether as individuals, parents, schools, or organisations.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services directly. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the supervision or consent of a parent, guardian, or authorised school. Our services are not directed to children under 13 without such supervision.

3. Account Use and Registration

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.

4. Services and Content

We provide educational materials and support services primarily for parents and schools. All materials are for educational purposes only and do not replace professional or accredited qualifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion.

5. Digital Products

When you purchase downloadable materials or videos, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or classroom use. You may not share, redistribute, or publicly post any digital content. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are not available once access or download has occurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, lesson plans, methodologies, and presentation materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Any unauthorised use may result in service termination and legal action.

Client contributions during seminars or consultations remain your property, but you grant us a global, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use such content for service delivery and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) and may be subject to VAT. Payment is due in full at the time specified in your booking or invoice. Refunds are provided only in line with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

8. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and handle your data. We comply with the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and relevant safeguarding standards. Schools are responsible for securing any necessary consents related to student data. Our use of cookies and tracking technologies is also detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. User Conduct

You agree to comply with applicable laws, respect the rights of others, and not misuse our services. This includes refraining from unauthorised use or distribution of our materials, inappropriate conduct during courses or sessions, and any activity that could harm our clients or staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. We do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms. Your rights to use our content will cease immediately upon termination. Certain clauses, such as those relating to intellectual property, privacy, and liability, will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer residing elsewhere, in which case you may benefit from the protections of your local laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via our website or by email. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
